1. Course Materials and Official Guides

The training courses offered by ASAC do not include the official guides or study materials published by the respective examination authorities. Students are encouraged to purchase the relevant official guide for additional preparation. Links to the recommended official guides are provided on the website, in the respective courses. However, purchasing these guides is optional and is not mandatory for accessing or completing the course.

2. Online Course Delivery and Technical Requirements

All training programs offered by ASAC, including IELTS, GRE, SAT, TOEFL, PTE and DET coaching, are delivered entirely online. Students are responsible for arranging their own devices, such as a computer, laptop, tablet or other compatible device, along with a stable internet connection and any other technical facilities required to access and complete the course.

3. Course Access and Validity Period

Access to the course is provided only for the specific duration communicated to the student at the time of enrolment. Students are responsible for completing the course within the applicable access period. Access to course content will be discontinued upon expiry of the specified duration.

4. Fees and Refund Policy

All fees paid for enrolment in a training program are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

The fees cover training services only and do not include examination registration fees, examination fees or any other charges levied by external organisations or examination authorities.

5. Examination Registration and Arrangements

Students are solely responsible for registering for their respective examinations, including IELTS, GRE, SAT, TOEFL, PTE, DET and other relevant examinations, through the official registration channels and for paying the applicable examination fees directly to the respective examination authorities.

Students are also responsible for managing their examination arrangements, including travelling to the designated examination centre and arranging their own transportation, accommodation, meals and any other facilities required in connection with the examination, wherever applicable.

ASAC shall not be responsible for arranging or bearing the cost of transportation, accommodation or other personal expenses associated with attending an examination.

6. User Conduct and Course Content Protection

Users are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct while accessing and using ASAC’s digital platforms.

Sharing login credentials, allowing unauthorised access to an account, copying, reproducing, distributing, recording or otherwise sharing course content without prior authorisation is prohibited.

Any violation of these requirements may result in the suspension or termination of course access without a refund, subject to applicable law.

7. Digital Content and No Physical Deliveries

All courses and learning resources are provided digitally through ASAC’s online platforms. ASAC does not sell or ship physical products, including books, printed study materials or hardware, as part of these online training programs, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Students are responsible for accessing and using the digital learning resources through their own compatible devices and internet connection.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the services provided by ASAC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
