Educational Services

• Akshay Online Training provides training for standardized tests (IELTS, GRE, SAT, TOEFL, PTE, DET).
• The entire course will be provided online and students must have proper facilities such as internet and computer or other devices of their own to complete the course.
• Duration of course will not be extended under any circumstances.
• Our staff or faculty members will not be involved in conducting the tests.

User Conduct

Users are expected to maintain professional conduct on our digital platforms. Sharing of credentials, or unauthorized distribution of course content will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Akshay Online Training is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website.

Complaints

All disputes and complaints will come under Nashik Jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms
