• Enrollment in any course is confirmed only after the successful payment of the prescribed fees.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable except as per our specific refund policy shared at the time of offline enrollment.
• Users must provide accurate information during registration.

4. User Conduct

Users are expected to maintain professional conduct on our digital platforms and during training sessions. Any form of harassment, sharing of credentials, or unauthorized distribution of course content will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
